A deposit of 50% of your rental fee is required to reserve a date. Checks are made payable to Cherokee County, GA or you may pay with credit card. All major credit cards are accepted. Credit card fees apply. Please note the deposit is non-refundable.
To reserve a date, please contact venue management and request the booking forms (“request for use” and “hold harmless”). There are two forms and two “deposits” due to book an event:
- Request for Use Form: Please fill out and return the “Request for Use” form with your date, number of guests, type of event, timeline and general layout (banquet, theatre-style, classroom or other).
- Hold Harmless Indemnity Form: Please sign in front of a witness with their signature applied and return the Hold Harmless Indemnity.
- Venue Deposit: Please provide a deposit of 50% on your rental fee. (Check made payable to Cherokee County, GA or Credit Cards accepted. There is a service fee with use of card.) Deposit is non-refundable.
- Security Deposit or Insurance: Provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) 60 days before your event. See venue management for requirements and assistance. The special event insurance is required in lieu of a damage or security deposit for large groups and venue exclusives. Groups under 50 may provide an alternate damage deposit. Please see venue management for details.
- Credit Card On File: A major credit card is required to be placed on file 60 days prior to event for day-of incidentals. Notice will be provided if any additional fees are incurred.
Weddings, proms, galas, corporate conferences and other large functions are considered to be “venue exclusives.” These are events that, due to higher noise levels (DJs, Bands, etc.), the need for large space and exclusive use of common areas (restrooms, pre-function lobby, patio), do not allow additional client rentals on-site at the same time. All weekend rentals (Friday-Sunday) are in the venue exclusive category and a weekend minimum applies.
Rentals include the use of round and rectangle banquet tables and black, upholstered banquet chairs in the venue inventory, use of shared common areas (pre-function lobby and patio) and complimentary parking. Rentals with catering include use of china, glassware and serving ware by approved caterers.
A standard weekend rental includes 8 hours of client venue access and is divided in this way:
- 2 hours Load In
- 4 hours Event
- 2 hours Post
Load-In and Post time is not interchangeable with event time. If you wish to add hours to your event, hourly fees apply.
Yes. Off-peak months are January, February, July and August. Rentals and packages are higher for all the other months during peak season. Additional premiums apply to recognized holidays, “holiday weekends” or within 3 days of a major holiday.
Please click on each room under “event space” to see the weekday starting rental price for each different space. Any additional, optional services or products you request from the venue, for example, audio-visual equipment rental, will be on your invoice. All invoices are subject to a 6% sales tax as required by law.
Weekends from Friday-Sunday require full exclusive rentals of the venue. General pricing information is offered here but venue management prefers to offer a custom quote based on your exact wishes. For example, wedding reception rentals start at $4,950. Proms start at $6,500.
Quinceaneras start from $7,500. Packages are based on time, space and experience of service and use of resources required.
If you wish to stay longer than 4 hours, you may add hours at $275/hour on weekends. On weekdays, for extra hours above the base rental, fees range from $75 – $275. All extra hours must fall on the same date and adjacent to the event time.
All food and beverage, including bars, is to be provided via approved caterers and bar services. We have a great team of professional caterers & vendors that are familiar with our facility who would be happy to work with you on your event. Our caterer list includes an extensive range of cuisines and price points.
Other outside vendors are welcome and to be approved by management. Fees and/or special requirements may apply. See Venue Management for details.
For all groups with children under 18 years of age, the venue requires that the children must be supervised at all times with the ratio of 10 children :1 adult chaperone.
